Panel frame buildings
The production is equipped with high-precision and modern equipment, which allows us to perform a full cycle of wood processing: sawing, drying, optimization, calibration, splicing, gluing, finishing with the subsequent manufacture of wooden structures of any complexity.
Logs are sawn on high-performance WALTER lines, which ensure precise geometry of the resulting lumber. The productivity of the plant is up to 100 m³ logs per shift.
The sawn timber is dried in a program-controlled TERMOLEGNO drying plant with a volume of 500 m³.
Optimization, calibration, joining, cutting, gluing of beams, joists and their processing is carried out on automatic and program-controlled beam processing centers SALVADOR, ALTENDORF, LIADERMAC and WEINMANN WBZ 160.
Frames for all walls are assembled on the program-controlled semi-automatic system WEINMANN OPTIMAT WM 100/12L. Frames are produced in lengths of up to 12 meters with a tolerance of 1 mm.
Multifunctional bridge WEINMANN WMS 150 with program control is used in automatic mode for planking frames with panel material and subsequent milling of tongue and groove, openings, window and door recesses.
Window installation, wall plastering and the installation of the ventilated facade are carried out in the factory, which significantly reduces the subsequent assembly time of the house on the building site. The assembly time for a 200 m² house is usually only 3 days. Efficiency of house levels 40 and 55
